The Diploma in Facilities  (DFM) equips students with essential skills for careers in Facilities management.

Course Overview 

This Diploma provides students with authentic knowledge and practical skills required to excel in the Facilities Management Industry. The curriculum includes essential modules such as Facilities Management & its Principles, Workplace Safety and Management, Sustainability Management, Risk Management, Facility Maintenance Planning and Management, and Project Handling Skills. It prepares students for supervisory roles in facilities management by equipping them with a robust understanding of industry practices and techniques.

Diploma in Facilities Management

  • The student must be at least 18 years old.

  • A pass is required for the requirement of minimum 3 ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications, including English and any 2 Science subjects 

  • A pass in ‘O’ Level English or Higher Secondary Pass in English

  • For applicants who do not possess ‘O’ Level qualification, the equivalent qualifications that will be considered for the academic requirement are as follows:

  1. Secondary Education Certificate (for students from Bangladesh)

  2. Higher Secondary School Certificate (for students from India)

  • The requirements for English language proficiency may vary by country and education system. For example, in India, a Higher Secondary Pass in English Language typically requires a minimum of 40% marks in the subject, while in Bangladesh, a minimum GPA of 2.5 in English in the Higher Secondary Certificate exam is typically required.

  • Matured candidate should be at least 30 years old with minimum of 8 years working experience.
