The Diploma in Facilities Management’ course focuses on the processes and operations carried out during the post­construction of buildings. Facilities Management (FM) is a vital department contributing to today’s building construction which underpins the building’s facilities and business processes.
The program's aim is to introduce the principle and concept of FM to students. Facilities Management is a leading profession that not only effectively aids in the maintenance and management of building assets, but is also a strategic business decision.

Minimum Entry Requirement 

  1. Minimum 3 ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications, including English and any 2 Science subjects (or)

  2. International secondary-level qualifications with English, Mathematics, and Science (or)

  3. Mature-aged students more than30 years old with a minimum of 8 years of working experience will be considered (or)

  4. Other Candidates with industry experience will be considered on a case- by-case basis

Course schedule with modules and examination / assessment period

Examinations will take place in a classroom setting at the designated class timing, while the assessment will be submitted online.
